DRC climb three places in the FIFA rankings

The country of the DRC has climbed to 70ᵉ place at world level and 13ᵉ position in Africa, according to the latest FIFA rankings unveiled on Thursday 6 April. A significant step forward for the Congolese Leopards, who have moved up three places in the world rankings and one place at continental level.

These figures point to the possibility of Congo's return to the African top 10, a prospect that has some observers of the sporting world feeling optimistic.
