After being named as one of the 30 finalists for the Ballon d'Or, Lionel Messi seems to be in better form than ever since his tumultuous spell at Paris Saint-Germain. Since moving to MLS with Inter Miami, the Argentinian has shone brightly both on and off the pitch. And when it comes to finding a new home, Messi is no slouch. La Pulga recently purchased a mansion valued at $10.8 million in Florida's Broward County, according to real estate media outlet The Real Deal.
Lionel Messi can afford to treat himself, but he seems to have fallen completely in love with this magnificent seaside residence. His new residence spans around 1,600 square metres and boasts a swimming pool, gym, spa and a sumptuous 149-square-metre suite. The icing on the cake is that the mansion is just 8 kilometres from Drive Pink stadium and Inter Miami's training centre in Fort Lauderdale. A little piece of paradise that should delight the Messi family.
The Rosario prodigy never ceases to dazzle us, both on the pitch and in his choice of properties. It's another great achievement for the man who has never stopped reaching for the stars, whether it's with a ball or a house key. Lionel Messi, the all-round champion!
